We pride ourselves on our outstanding cuisine and service. Our chefs are some of the best in the Caribbean and possibly even the world. Our Head Chef was recently awarded a Michelin Star.

We start the day with fresh coffee available from 6am. This is followed by continental breakfast at 7am (fresh orange juice, croissants, cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit platter etc)

We like to cook a hot breakfast starting from 8am (eggs, bacon, pancakes, toast etc). The hot breakfast is cooked to order so that our guests can enjoy their choice of breakfast at a time that suits them.

Snack at 10am (smoothie, fruit skewers etc)

Lunch at 1pm (lunch menu)

Snack at 3pm (freshly baked cookies, banana bread etc)

Cocktails at 7pm (cocktails menu)

Dinner at 8pm (dinner menu)

We also offer a variety of dining options at Le Bleu from romantic candlelit dinners on the terrace to traditional beachside BBQ with entertainment.
