About the property

Le Bleu’s 10 Bedrooms and facilities are sited in 2 areas – called Le Bleu and Petite Le Bleu. These areas are linked by attractive landscaped walkways which traverse the property. The spectacular living and entertaining areas are situated on the upper level of Le Bleu - which is accessed by walking through an exquisite water garden and ascending the imposing master staircase.

Le Bleu

• 6 king-size master bedrooms, all en-suite with magnificent ocean views – two upstairs on pool terrace, 4 with private terraces and direct access to garden/sea
• 1 twin room (can be converted to king) with private terrace – also en-suite – links to
• 1 queen-sized master bedroom (en-suite) overlooking water garden
• Large rectangular ‘infinity’ pool situated in spacious deck area. Ideally positioned to capture the warm trade winds with a multitude of attractive loungers and stunning, unobstructed views of the neighboring islands - making this a wonderful sunbathing and entertaining area
• A large fully equipped kitchen with 3 large ‘Sub Zero’ fridges and 48” ‘Wolf’ duel fuel range and Miele built in coffee machine - opening onto pool deck
• Beautifully appointed lounge opens onto pool deck with views to both the sea and the gardens

Petite Le Bleu

• Large lounge with dining area (could be converted to a conference room)
• 2 separate king-size bedrooms – each feature both en-suite bathroom/dressing rooms which lead to “open air” bathrooms with stunning natural freeform stone tubs and basins
• Large fully equipped kitchen with powder room and laundry room
• 40” x 18” Pool with multiple comfortable loungers and dining table for 10
• Children’s climbing frame
• Built in BBQ and shower area situated by the poolside.

Dining & entertaining options

• Private dining for 20 inside or outside on the pool terrace at Le Bleu or Petite Le Bleu
• Both Le Bleu and Petite Le Bleu pool terraces are designed to hold up to 100 guests (outside) for cocktails or a wedding reception
• Bespoke ‘built in’ barbeques at both the beach pavilion at Le Bleu and pool side at Petite Le Bleu
• Beach pavilion can be set for groups but is also perfect for smaller romantic dinners
• Fully equipped chef’s kitchen in both Le Bleu and Petite Le Bleu
• Petite Le Bleu lounge can be converted into a conference room
• Petite Le Bleu lounge can be used for inside dining for larger groups
• Marquees can be rented for functions, parties and weddings
• We are comfortable catering up to 100 people using our Chef and his team.

Large groups, weddings and corporate or incentive groups

By combining our neighbouring Little Harbour Estate property - Indigo - we are also able to offer our clients their own personal 19 bedroom luxury resort. Indigo and Le Bleu are separate and private from each other. However, a discreet secure entrance in the adjoining gardens allows for an easy flow of guests between the properties should one party rent both villas. Little Harbour Estates staff are experienced in seamlessly working across both properties – creating a wonderfully intimate – yet incredibly spacious and comfortable experience for your guests. A multitude of flexible dining and entertaining areas mean that guests can be constantly surprised and delighted.

Bookings

All booking are based on a 7 night stay, Saturday to Saturday (flexibility to this can be discussed)
A non refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking
Balance of the full amount is required 60 days prior to arrival date
A security deposit of $5,000 will be required
